Openings
We are hiring for the following positions:
1. Civil Engineer
- Responsibilities: Oversee construction projects, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, manage day-to-day project activities.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, 3+ years of experience in the construction industry, excellent project management skills.
2. Surveyor
- Responsibilities: Conduct land surveys, prepare survey reports, assist with legal documentation, and ensure accurate measurement and mapping.
- Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Surveying, 2+ years of experience in surveying, certification from a recognized authority.
3. Real Estate Valuer
- Responsibilities: Provide accurate property valuations for residential, commercial, and industrial properties, assist clients with legal documents and approvals.
- Requirements: Certified Real Estate Valuer, knowledge of the local real estate market, strong analytical skills.
4. Project Manager
- Responsibilities: Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 5+ years of experience, strong leadership skills.
5. Sales and Marketing Executive
- Responsibilities: Promote real estate properties and construction services, create marketing materials, and develop client relationships.
- Requirements: Experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the construction or real estate industry, strong communication and negotiation skills.
